The BMA Medical Service Department runs public hospitals and neighbourhood health service centres across Bangkok. Private hospitals and pharmacies are also widely available.

Floods and weather

Bangkok can flood during heavy rain, mainly between May and October. The BMA Drainage and Sewerage Department publishes flood and drainage information at dds.bangkok.go.th. Follow the BMA's official channels for warnings, and report blocked drains with Traffy Fondue.
