Report a City Problem (Traffy Fondue)

Report a city problem — Traffy Fondue

Spotted a broken pavement, a dark street light, a blocked drain or a fallen tree? Anyone can report it to the BMA from their phone, with a photo and a location.

  1. Open Traffy Fondue. Add the LINE account @traffyfondue (add on LINE) or use the web version at bangkok.traffy.in.th.
  2. Describe the problem in a few words and attach a photo.
  3. Share the location so the right team can find it.
  4. Track the report. Your report is sent to the responsible agency and you can follow its status.
